T Sport is the master fitness brand in Saudi Arabia, built on the belief that world-class training should be accessible to everyone across the Kingdom. Founded in 2018, we have grown from a single location in Riyadh to a network spanning multiple cities.
Under the T Sport umbrella live two distinct brand families: 3Days — our personal training concept designed for men, ladies, and kids — and StrikeFit — high-intensity combat fitness that combines boxing, Muay Thai, and functional training.
