3Days Ladies delivers the same structured, instructor-led functional training concept in a fully female environment with certified female coaches.
Functional training focuses on practical, full-body movement patterns that improve strength, fitness, mobility, and body composition. The format is structured, coach-led, and session-based — designed to make training efficient, motivating, and results-focused.
