Analytics and performance

We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager to understand which pages are visited, which membership plans are viewed and where people stop. This covers page views, approximate location (city and country), device and browser, and the pages and buttons you interact with.

Session recording and heatmaps

We use Microsoft Clarity to record how pages are used: clicks, scrolling, mouse movement and the order of pages visited. These recordings help us find broken or confusing parts of the site.

What you type into a form is not recorded. Your first and last name, email address, phone number, date of birth and the contact-form message are masked inside your browser before anything is sent.

Advertising

Through Google Tag Manager we run advertising and remarketing tags, currently including Google Ads and the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) pixel. These can record that you visited a page or completed a purchase so campaigns can be measured. If you arrive from an advertising campaign, the campaign parameters in the link (for example utm_source) are kept for the duration of your visit and are attached to the message when you start a WhatsApp conversation with us, so we know which campaign you came from.

Buying a membership

When you complete the join form, the details you enter — name, email address, phone number, date of birth, chosen plan and branch — are sent to our membership system (MindBody) and to the payment provider you select (Tap, Tamara or Tabby) in order to create your membership.

Payment is completed on the provider’s own secure page. Card details are never entered on, seen by, or stored on tsport.sa.

• _ga, _ga_* — Google Analytics — distinguishes visitors and sessions
• _clck, _clsk — Microsoft Clarity — links page views into one recorded session
• _uetvid, _uetmsclkid — Microsoft — advertising measurement
• Google Ads and Meta cookies — set through Google Tag Manager for campaign measurement and remarketing
• NEXT_LOCALE — remembers whether you chose Arabic or English — set by the site itself, not for tracking

Your choices

You can block or delete these cookies in your browser settings, browse in private mode, or install a tracker blocker — the site keeps working either way. Google also offers an opt-out for Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. To ask a question about your data, email info@tsport.sa.
